Who we are
We’re a small, talented, and passionate team of tech enthusiasts born and raised in Orleans, ON.
Our experience encompasses everything IT. From SaaS products to Cloud Architecture, our team has seen it, managed it, or fixed it.
We’re also brand new! Our teammates all have full-time tech jobs, so our skills stay sharp and cutting-edge. Those same skills are then transferred to Benjamin Networks, allowing us to bring enterprise-level technology and skillsets to your small business.
What we do
We modernize and manage small business tech. But what does that mean?
It means we help you cut costs by moving as much of your business to the cloud as makes sense.
The most significant advantage of using the cloud (for businesses of any size) is cost savings. That said, only some companies can afford to hire knowledgeable staff, and the rest don’t have the time to learn and implement the skills required for a successful migration. That’s where we come in.
Our team manages enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, and we do it all day. It’s what we do for a living, and we’re really, really good at it.
Our business model brings enterprise-level skills and practices and modifies them to benefit smaller businesses that otherwise wouldn’t have access to this level of expertise.

Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in business for decades, if you’re overwhelmed by the IT side of your business, we can help.
Websites
Pricing starts at $2,500 per site and $30/month for hosting.
Hosting includes:
- SSL certificate
- 24/7 monitoring
- 14-day backup retention
- Emergency restores if required
- Automatic updates
Our websites won’t win you any fancy design awards, nor will they send your company to the top of the viral TikTok charts.
Instead, they’ll keep your visitors engaged and help you get your message to the people who need to hear it.
Migration
There can be some fluctuation in pricing, but pending an enormous lift, you can expect an invoice of $5,000 CAD for the whole migration.
The full migration includes a full inventory of your systems, a detailed plan of execution, complete deployment, and documentation for your reference once the job is done.
Management & Monitoring
Pricing starts at $150/month.
We charge an additional $200/hr for after-hours (emergency) response.
That $150/month ensures your systems are monitored 24/7 and includes 5 hours of hands-on management. Those 5 hours reset every month. Should those 5 hours have become exhausted, a $100/hour fee applies for any additional work that month.
The $200/hr emergency action rate only starts once you’ve approved.
Issues that can be left until morning should be.
